He completed his high school studies at the Scientific High School of Sansepolcro. Later he decided to undertake his university studies by graduating brilliantly in Architecture and Building Engineering at the prestigious Alma Mater Studiorium in Bologna. During these years, he has carried out the role of project management of business processes as well as project management, commercial and administrative in the sales and customer relations department. These relationships with customers often coming from foreign countries and the continuous contact with structures, cottages and prestigious villas have led to the decision to carry out the course and examination as a real estate agent who has passed with excellent results at the Camera di Commercio , Arezzo.

  • BESMIRA BRAHO | Administrator and founder | Doctor in Architecture and Building Engineering | Estate Agent

She carried out her studies and successfully graduated at the Faculty of Architecture and Construction Engineering of Bologna, Cesena campus. Later she obtained a Master degree in “Museography, Architecture and Archaeology. Strategic planning and innovative management of the archaeological heritage”. Having a great interest in Architecture restoration and art she carries out in 2016 a workshop entitled “Resilience management in cultural heritage”.

She has collaborated with the most important interior stores, furniture and contract design companies. She grew up in a creative and stimulating context that allowed her to deal with fashion and design environments. She is a consultant for companies operating in the luxury industry and interior design with particular reference to prestigious residences, villas and castles as well as the design and planning of exteriors and landscape.

Subsequently followed and passed the course and examination as a business agent in real estate mediation at the Camera di Commercio , Arezzo.

  • FRANCESCO RANICCHI | External collaborator | Architect

He graduated in 2013 at the Faculty of Architecture and Construction Engineering of Cesena presenting the thesis on the architectural recovery of the castle of Pierle entitled “Pierle. A castle in the state of ruins – From analysis to safety” that will get numerous awards as well as a prize established by the National Institute of Castles. Qualified and enrolled in the Order of Architects, Planners, Landscapers and Conservators of the Province of Arezzo is involved in the design and renovation of residential and public buildings with particular attention to the restoration of villas and farmhouses. The activity of collaboration with the architect Francesco Ranicchi is focused on issues related to property evaluation, technical management and analysis of the economic feasibility of projects. Francesco has acquired skills mainly related to: methods of direct and indirect relief, laser scanners, graphic re-elaboration, graphic design, problem solving of the administrative practise the architecture bound, design and safety, projecting and securing historical buildings.
